FAQ
Does the app include channels?
No. Sohbatna is only a player, like a video player. You add your own IPTV subscription (Xtream, an M3U link or a MAC portal) from your provider. We don't sell subscriptions or provide any content.
What happens after the free trial?
It lasts 30 days with every feature. After that you need a monthly or yearly subscription to keep playing. Your data and lists stay as they are.
Can one subscription activate more than one device?
Yes: Personal covers 2 devices and Family covers 5 devices on the same code. An eligible active Personal subscription can upgrade to Family for the remaining-time price difference, keeping its code and expiry. Device allowance is for the player; your content provider sets its own simultaneous-stream limits.
How do I pay from Android TV?
Scan the subscription QR with your phone, choose a plan, transfer with InstaPay and report the reference and your contact number. Activation follows verification within 12 hours.
I lost my activation code. What now?
It is in the receipt email, and in the app (Settings → Subscription) on any activated device. You can also get it by email from the code recovery page.
I changed my device. How do I move the subscription?
On the My subscription page, enter your code, remove the old device, then enter the code on the new one.
What data do you collect?
Your device ID, subscription status and email if supplied. For transfers we retain the reference and contact number for verification and support. Your IPTV login stays on your device. Details in the privacy policy.
